Information you provide

If you submit our AI Business Review form, we may receive your name, business name, work email, optional phone and website, the business challenge and goals you share, and information about how you reached the page (such as UTM campaign parameters). Please do not enter passwords, payment details, medical information, or private customer records into the form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, assess your needs, schedule discussions, prepare proposals, and manage our client relationship. Inquiry consent does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email. We will not claim that an automated assessment replaces professional judgment.

Providers and storage

Our site uses Vercel for hosting. When enabled, our intake form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot screening and HubSpot as a CRM for business-contact records. When configured, Resend transmits internal email alerts about those inquiries to our business inbox. Booking links take you to Calendly, whose privacy practices apply to information submitted there. Google Fonts may receive normal technical request data when loaded. Social platform links may have their own privacy terms.

Interactive website tools

The AI Readiness Score, automation-decision quiz, and ROI calculator run within the browser, and their answers are not automatically submitted with a lead inquiry. The business bottleneck poll currently stores your choice in your browser's local storage rather than presenting fabricated group totals. If centralized analytics or new tracking is enabled later, this notice will be updated accordingly.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures; no online service is entirely risk-free. Inquiries and client records are retained as needed for legitimate business purposes and applicable legal obligations, with access controlled in our service providers. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, subject to legal and contractual exceptions. Contact us at hello@sheerforceai.com. If you do not want to use the website intake form, you can reach out directly by email.

Policy changes

We may update this page as our tools, services, and applicable laws change. The updated date will reflect significant revisions.
